Time is precious. In the event that you can not make your scheduled spa appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid any charges to your credit card or gift certificate. If an appointment is scheduled the same day as service, a two hour cancellation notice is required.

Parties of two or more require payment in advance. The full payment will be refunded only if we receive cancellation notice a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
